2 Min Read The eclipse team is a very close one, and as such, we’ve put a lot of thought into the kind of work culture we want to promote. So, here are just a few of the things that you get back when working with eclipse!
Healthy body
We offer free fruit to all staff, which we re-stock every week. We’re also offering to pay 50% of the first 3 months’ membership at the local gym for any staff member that would like to improve their general fitness. As well as this, everyone is entitled to a free eye test (up to £30) every two years. We’ll even pay for flu jabs for team members on a yearly basis.
Healthy mind
Because we know that mental health is just as important as physical health, we’ve included a number of facilities into our staff benefits. Firstly, we’re running Mental Health Awareness Training for all staff. That way, we will all know how to look after our own mental health and wellbeing, as well as support others who may be in distress or experiencing mental health issues.
To complement this, eclipse marketing is also putting on a Mindfulness course. This is a 6-hour course split across 6 weekly sessions. It gives staff the opportunity to relax, learn some positive coping mechanisms, and reflect on some important topics.
Fun stuff
Now onto the fun bits! Working for eclipse offers a number of exciting benefits to our staff. These include early Friday finishes, regular Friday staff lunches with a tasty takeaway, free tea and coffee, treats, and your birthday off. We also have some fantastic staff nights out, the next of which will be an evening at Chester Racecourse. We’re all very excited to get dolled up for the afternoon and enjoy the atmosphere.
