As we reach the halfway point of the year, it’s the perfect time to pause and reflect on everything that’s been achieved so far. The first six months have been packed with exciting campaigns and opportunities for our existing loyal customer base, new partnerships, innovative projects and continued investment in our team and the services we offer.
Here’s a look back at some of the highlights that have shaped our year so far.
Welcoming Four New Clients
One of the biggest successes of the year has been securing four fantastic new client partnerships. Every new account brings fresh ideas, exciting challenges and the opportunity to deliver creative marketing strategies that generate real results.
We had a clear strategy going into 2026 of the type of businesses that we wanted to work with and much of this was based on the sectors in which they operate and their own business goals and strategy.
The first new client is from the high-end kitchen sector and have a number of outlets across North Wales and the North West of England. We’re focussed on helping them to achieve increased brand identity across both the retail and commercial market places.
Interior design is critical for many sectors but especially hospitality and care homes, and we are delighted to be working with a business that has a fantastic reputation within these areas.
You will no doubt have seen their work in pubs, restaurants and hotels and we look forward to showing their work through an upgraded website, as well as social media, during the coming months.
A bar and pub group, that we first worked with over 15 years ago has, returned to the ‘Eclipse Stable’ and we are excited to be working with the family-owned business that has created a great reputation for good food and drink, as well as fantastic front of house service.

The fourth new account win is a North West best provider of TAG games and indoor play solutions. We are delighted to be working with them on their marketing strategy, brand identity, a new CRM solution as well as a new website.
We’re incredibly grateful for the trust our new clients have placed in us and are looking forward to helping them grow their brands throughout the rest of the year and beyond.
Launching a New CRM Platform
The first half of the year has also seen the successful launch of a bespoke CRM platform for one of our clients.
The project involved careful planning, collaboration and implementation to create a system that streamlines customer management, improves internal processes and provides valuable business insights. It’s been rewarding to support our client through this digital transformation and see positive impact the platform is already making.
During the initial scoping and consultation phase of this project, we looked at four different CRM platforms before recommending Zoho CRM to the client, which was adopted.
We have clients using a range of CRM solutions including Hubspot, MondayCRM, Contact Builder and Zoho.

Growing Our Team
We’re also delighted to have welcomed two new team members over the past six months.
Chris Smith has joined the team as Account Director. Chris brings a wealth of both agency and client-side experience to the team and is already proving to be a valuable addition to a number of existing client teams, as well as being a key part of new business wins.
Elsa has started her maternity leave (she has had a beautiful baby girl) and Rory Welch has joined the team as SEO Manager to cover the time that she is away from the business. Rory has considerable SEO experience across a range of sectors.
As our portfolio continues to grow, investing in talented people is essential to maintaining the high level of service our clients expect. Our newest colleagues bring fresh perspectives, specialist skills and plenty of enthusiasm, strengthening our team for the exciting projects ahead.

New Website Projects
During the first half of the year, we have launched a number of new website projects, including Springcare.org.uk and NQIS.co.uk
Each of these projects has involved team members from across the business and we are extremely pleased with the end products (and now working hard to ensure that they deliver results in the long term!)

Busy Networking
The team have been fortunate to receive invitations to a number of events recently.
At The Downtown in Business Cheshire and North Wales Business Awards, our MD Mark was presented with a special commendation award.
Mark has been involved in the marketing sector in the North West for 39 years (Eclipse is now in its thirty seventh year) so he has seen lots of changes!
The Shropshire Business Awards at Telford’s International Centre was another great event, where Eclipse joined over 700 other invitees for a tremendous evening celebrating business success.
Performance Manchester was an inspiring event for all things Pay-Per-Click. Our Digital Manager Sophie attended with other members of the team and found this an inspiring event.
